After a major hand spasm the muscle in my lower left palm finally relaxed last Friday, after three years... Still have some tightness in the upper palm and numbness on the finger tips but a major improvement nonetheless.

Have two tracks done finished for a Chris' solo effort - one of which is an ambient epic of 28 minutes and the other is a wonderful piano piece I found and tried a novel new method for mixing it out which sounds wonderful!
